A Dependable, Persistent and Heliotropic lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, Rado started his career as an Intern Lawyer and was simultaneously appointed as a Non-Litigation Manager, specializing in Domestic Violence advocacy and Women and Children Protection at the Legal Aid and Consultation Institute (LKBH). After his tenure at the law office, Rado joined PT. Jaytasha Putrindo Utama as Corporate Legal Counsel who oversees several subsidiaries in the Hotel, Restaurant, Spa, IT and Supplier business sectors.

Rado holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Undiknas University, and a Masters degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University. He also holds certification as a Legal Auditor, Mining Legal Consultant, and Mediator certified by the Supreme Court.

Apart from his personal career goals, he also dedicates himself to advancing Legal Science through his contribution as a Trainer at the Indonesian Mediation Center at Gadjah Mada University and teaching at the Health Management and Policy Study Program at FKKMK Gadjah Mada University. He also writes several international journals, teaches at several Advocate Professional Education Programs (PKPA), and is a speaker at various seminars and lectures as a practitioner.

Furthermore, Rado has organizational experience as Deputy Chair I of the Regional Management of the Indonesian Legal Auditors Association (DPW Indonesian Legal Auditors Association), Chair of the Bali-NUSRA Regional Branch of the Indonesian Mining Legal Consultants Association (Indonesian Mining Association Legal Consultants Association), and is a member of the Law Lecturers Association Civil Procedure (ADHAPER). Rado specializes in Land Law, Bankruptcy Law, Company Law, Immigration Law, Mining Law, Criminal Law, Investment Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
